Jeff Winter, Founder, President
For almost 20 years, Jeff was a marketing and business development leader with one of the top 10 marketing communications organizations in North America. His primary role was developing traditional and online marketing programs for small businesses in partnership with several national direct marketing organizations. Jeff's practical, results-focused approach and unpretentious attitude drives our mission of helping customers stand out and grow. Jeff has been leading Med City Creative for the past 15 years including fractional marketing leadership for several business-to-business organizations. Jeff and wife have two kids and enjoy traveling and spending time in Northern Minnesota with family.
Jennifer Thompson, Senior Graphic Designer
Jen's love of design was developed early on, winning a logo/button design contest in the fifth grade at Pinewood Elementary. She turned that love into a career by earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. For over 24 years, she has been busy designing for variety of local medical, educational and artistic institutions. Her design experience includes brand identity, print, large format, promotional items, trade show displays and websites. No matter how big or small the project, she strives to produce pieces that are creative, honest, and hardworking, just like the designer. Her other passions are traveling, reading, and chocolate.
